Storage rules

Good storage of vanilla is essential to preserve its aroma and avoid the risk of drying out or mold.

 

Some simple tips to keep your vanilla in good condition:

 

- Between 15 and 25 degrees in a dry place, protected from light

- Avoid too sudden humidity and temperature differences

- Use a hermetically sealed glass container (tube or jar) (avoid cork lids which promote mold)
